(Mempunyai komitmen untuk menyediakan koleksi dan perkhidmatan yang bermutu dalam menyokong keperluan pengajaran/ pembelajaran dan kajiselidik bagi warga kolej)

OBJECTIVES

To provide relevant, current, well organized, efficiently maintained print and media collections and online resources in support of the college’s academic programs

(Untuk menyediakan koleksi bahan cetak dan bukan cetak, dan sumber atas talian  yang sesuai, terkini, dan tersusun bagi menyokong program akademik kolej)

To improve the library’s ICT infrastructure so as to facilitate users with access to a wide range of information resources

(Menambah baik prasarana ICT perpustakaan bagi memudahkan pengguna mencapai pelbagai sumber maklumat)

To provide a conducive environment for study and research

(Menyediakan persekitaran yang selesa untuk mentelaah dan kajiselidik)
